1. Rental Agreement:

2.3. Payment: Full payment is required before the release of rented equipment. Payment details are securely processed.

3. Equipment Pickup and Return:

3.1. Pickup: Rented equipment can be picked up at the agreed-upon time and location. Late returns may incur additional charges.

3.2. Return: Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear accepted.

3.3. Late Returns: Late returns may result in additional charges. Prompt communication is required for extensions.

4. Damages and Loss:

4.1. Responsibility: You are responsible for any damages to or loss of the rented equipment during the rental period.

4.2. Reporting: Report any damages or issues with the equipment immediately upon discovery.

4.3. Repair or Replacement: Party Plex Rentals reserves the right to repair or replace damaged or lost equipment at the renter’s expense.

5. Liability:

5.1. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Party Plex Rentals harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of the use of rented equipment.

5.2. Limitation of Liability: Party Plex Rentals is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of rented equipment.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

6.1. Modification: Party Plex Rentals reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice will be given through our website.

7. Governing Law:

7.1. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of South Africa.
